By spending significant time on-site, you’ll bridge the gap between data-driven insights and real-world operations, ensuring general managers achieve measurable labor efficiency while identifying expansion opportunities for the platform.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with General Managers and senior stakeholders through regular on-site visits and operational consulting.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics to proactively resolve issues and ensure partners realize tangible business benefits.
  • Identify and execute on upsell and expansion opportunities to drive long-term commercial value and wider platform adoption.
