What you'll do
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from testing new acquisition channels and refining messaging to closing enterprise accounts and multi-site landlords.
- Architect the commercial infrastructure by setting up CRM experiments, building automation tools, and streamlining internal processes for contracts, billing, and customer support.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer, personally onboarding new clients and feeding insights directly to the engineering team to prioritize high-impact product features.
