What you will do
- Manage customer onboarding projects end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sites during configuration and testing.
- Monitor implementation health and adoption metrics, taking initiative to resolve issues and triage technical support requests to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation to scale the customer success function as the company grows.
