As the first Customer Success Lead, you will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. You’ll partner with NHS estates teams to implement our high-accuracy AI tools, moving pilots to paid contracts and building a scalable CS function. What you will do

  • Lead hands-on onboarding and training sessions for diverse user groups ranging from senior estates directors to operational staff with limited AI experience.
  • Own the pilot-to-paid conversion process by defining success milestones and translating usage data into compelling value narratives for Trust stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders and engineering team to translate frontline user feedback into product features and long-term integration strategies.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-5 years of B2B customer success experience, with a proven track record of managing onboarding, health monitoring, and renewals for complex accounts.
  • Commercial mindset focused on net revenue retention and the ability to navigate complex, regulated stakeholder environments like the NHS or healthcare.
  • Willingness to be 80-90% hands-on initially while taking full ownership of building the strategic operating model for a rapidly scaling startup.
