This is a unique 'T-shaped' role for a technical expert with 5-6 years of experience who wants to lead digital transformation in climate resilience. With £70k base plus equity, you’ll join a founding team of researchers and engineers building the infrastructure of tomorrow.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end customer trials by scoping success criteria, training engineering teams on the Stratum platform, and driving users toward paid subscriptions.
  • Provide deep technical support for live flood risk assessments, answering substantive engineering questions to ensure projects meet planning authority standards.
  • Collaborate with founders and product teams to translate frontline customer pain points into actionable software features that accelerate engineering workflows.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Holds 5-6 years of experience in civil engineering or environmental consultancy, specifically producing or reviewing technical Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs).
  • Maintains professional chartership with a relevant body such as ICE, CIWEM, or IEMA, providing the technical credibility needed to engage senior consultants.
  • Demonstrates a "T-shaped" profile: deep technical knowledge of flood modelling combined with a curiosity for AI and the communication skills to navigate sales motions.
