What you'll do
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer trials, defining success criteria and training engineering teams to transition from manual workflows to paid AI subscriptions.
- Provide deep technical support for live Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), answering substantive engineering questions to ensure project success on the platform.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate user pain points into new features.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 5-6 years of experience in civil engineering or environmental consultancy with a proven track record of producing or reviewing Flood Risk Assessments.
- Chartered status with a relevant professional body such as ICE, CIWEM, or IEMA, demonstrating high-level technical credibility with tier-1 consultants.
- A tech-forward mindset with the resourcefulness to operate in a high-intensity, 0-to-1 startup environment where you thrive on ambiguity and AI tooling.
