What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise ecommerce clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers to scope and deliver complex technical implementations, ensuring clients hit key performance indicators and realize rapid platform value.
  • Drive long-term account growth by conducting business-value analyses, generating compelling case studies, and leading the renewal process for your client base.

Who you are
