Role overview

As the first Customer Success hire, you will own the end-to-end relationship for a platform helping finance and engineering leaders optimize cloud spend. You will drive onboarding, lead quarterly business reviews with CFOs, and build foundational success processes. What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic partner for finance and operations stakeholders, ensuring they realize maximum value and cost transparency from the platform.
  • Lead regular engagement calls and quarterly business reviews with CFOs and FP&A leaders to articulate savings opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Sales to mitigate churn risks and identify expansion opportunities through accurate account health monitoring.
