You will take full ownership of a HubSpot database containing 70,000+ contacts to drive event attendance and commercial growth. What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end organization and segmentation of HubSpot data to ensure high accuracy and actionable lead generation.
  • Design and execute targeted outreach programmes and communication journeys that convert prospects into high-value event delegates.
  • Collaborate with event and partnership teams to develop compelling commercial packages that unlock new revenue streams for global summits.

  • Extensive experience managing CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, within a high-growth conference, exhibition, or commercial marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of converting complex datasets into clear, high-performing sales opportunities.
