Join a high-growth startup reviewing over 1 billion lines of code monthly for 7,000+ customers. As an early GTM hire, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, selling complex AI code-review solutions to engineering leaders. This role bridges technical fluency with strategic outbound execution to define the future of developer productivity.

Greptile is an AI-powered codebase expert and code review agent that provides complete context of large codebases. It automates pull request reviews in GitHub and GitLab, enables natural language search and querying of codebases, offers a chatbot and API for building internal developer tools, catching bugs, enforcing code standards, and more. Used by teams at companies like Coinbase, Scale AI, Nvidia, PostHog, and Y Combinator.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from strategic outbound prospecting to closing complex technical and economic buyers.
  • Partner directly with founders and product teams to translate customer insights into product direction, pricing models, and expansion playbooks.
  • Demonstrate deep technical fluency by leading product demonstrations that explain APIs and code integrations to sophisticated engineering audiences.

Who this is a fit for

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, including at least 2 years of proven success in enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Significant technical depth with a track record of selling successfully to developers, engineering leaders, or technical stakeholders.
  • High-growth startup experience (Series A-C) and the ability to build structure and repeatable processes in an ambiguous environment.
