As the first Enterprise Account Executive at Greptile, you will lead the charge in scaling our autonomous code validation platform to global engineering organizations. You’ll own the full sales cycle, selling directly to CTOs and VPs of Engineering at top-tier software companies, while collaborating with founders to build the company’s enterprise GTM playbook from scratch.
Enterprise Account Executive at Greptile
Greptile is building the universal validation layer for code, reviewing 500 million lines monthly for teams like Brex and Substack. Backed by $30M from Benchmark and Y Combinator, they’ve already reached eight-figure ARR with a lean GTM team. As their first Enterprise AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle to CTOs and VPs of Engineering, defining the playbook for a product that catches bugs humans miss. This is a high-intensity, SF-based role for a technical closer who wants to join an AI rocket ship at a stage where equity still offers massive upside.

Role overview
Greptile is an AI-powered codebase expert and code review agent that provides complete context of large codebases. It automates pull request reviews in GitHub and GitLab, enables natural language search and querying of codebases, offers a chatbot and API for building internal developer tools, catching bugs, enforcing code standards, and more. Used by teams at companies like Coinbase, Scale AI, Nvidia, PostHog, and Y Combinator.
What you will do
- Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting engineering leadership at high-growth software companies and global enterprises.
- Partner directly with the founders to shape the company’s go-to-market motion, including iterating on pricing, expansion strategy, and outbound sales playbooks.
- Drive the adoption of Greptile’s autonomous agents, holding deep technical conversations about CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and codebase integrations with CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
Who this is a fit for
- You have 5+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, including at least 2 years in the enterprise space with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- You possess a strong technical background and can navigate complex conversations about codebases and software infrastructure without needing a Sales Engineer for support.
- You thrive in early-stage AI environments (Series A-C), default to building over following established processes, and are excited to work in-person with a high-intensity team in San Francisco.
Why this role is remarkable
- Join as the first Enterprise AE at a company that scaled from zero to eight figures in ARR with just two GTM people, selling to elite teams like Brex and PostHog.
- Work at the frontier of AI infrastructure with $30M in backing from Benchmark (Eric Vishria), Y Combinator, and Initialized Capital at a stage where equity is still significantly mispriced.
- Build the sales organization from the ground up, moving beyond a mature sales org to define outbound playbooks, pricing models, and expansion strategies for a category-defining product.
