What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, navigating complex procurement pathways, multi-year budget cycles, and city council approvals.
- Multi-thread across department directors, IT leaders, and elected officials to build internal champions and mitigate single-threaded deal risks.
- Partner with the CEO to formalize discovery frameworks and codify the Sales Playbook that will outlast any single deal.

- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS experience with full-cycle ownership, closing multi-stakeholder deals with $50K+ ACV and consistent quota attainment.
- A proven builder instinct for seed-stage startups, capable of generating pipeline and managing complex deals without reliance on SDR support.
- Experience navigating regulated industries or the public sector, including managing formal RFPs and complex political dynamics within government agencies.
