What you'll do
What you will do
- Lead the transition from trial to paid for engaged users, partnering with CX and Product to optimize activation signals and human-in-the-loop interventions.
- Architect and execute an outbound generation strategy targeting sales leaders at 2-20 rep teams using modern AI-assisted prospecting tools like Clay and Taylor.
- Maintain absolute CRM hygiene and provide a direct insight loop to the product team to shape the roadmap based on founder and sales-leader feedback.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Proven track record hitting SMB SaaS quotas with fast-cycle deals (weeks, not quarters) and experience selling to founders or sales leadership.
- Technical curiosity and daily proficiency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, with the ability to discuss integrations and SOC2 requirements.
- Early-stage startup experience (Pre-Series A or Series A) with a "high agency" mindset for fixing broken processes and disqualifying deals without permission.
