As the Founding AE, you will lead the charge in scaling Levellr’s revenue across Gaming and Consumer Brand verticals. You will own the entire sales cycle while collaborating directly with the CEO to build the commercial playbook. This is a high-impact role designed for a pioneer ready to shape the go-to-market strategy of a fast-growing startup.

Levellr Ltd is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered community management and intelligence tools, specializing in Discord and other messaging communities. It offers analytics, sentiment tracking, content scheduling, moderation, and monetization features for gaming studios, brands, and enterprises, combining community data with product and monetization metrics to deliver real-time insights.

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification to high-stakes commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Experiment with messaging, Ideal Customer Profiles, and outreach tactics to discover and document repeatable sales motions.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine the value proposition and influence the product roadmap based on direct market feedback.

Who this is a fit for

  • Possesses 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise or Senior AE role within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of winning new logos.
  • Thrives in early-stage, ambiguous environments and demonstrates the ability to build pipelines without existing rigid processes.
  • Highly data-driven with experience managing complex sales cycles and maintaining CRM hygiene, ideally using HubSpot.
