You will own the end-to-end post-sale journey—from onboarding and use-case consulting to driving renewals and expansion. What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the full-stack customer journey, including onboarding new SMB clients, consulting on specific voice AI use cases, and ensuring deep product adoption.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial conversations, including building the renewal engine and identifying expansion opportunities to drive net revenue retention.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams to relay customer feedback, influence the roadmap, and build scalable customer success playbooks.
