As the first US sales hire at StackOne, you will partner directly with the CEO to build the American revenue engine from scratch. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from defining ICPs and outbound sequencing to running technical product demos and closing flagship accounts in the rapidly evolving AI agent ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle sales targeting AI-native startups and enterprise teams, taking direct ownership of US revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Design and iterate the US outbound motion, including account targeting, messaging experiments, and sequencing for technical buyers.
  • Lead complex technical demonstrations and navigate conversations about API architecture, MCP, and enterprise security independently without needing pre-sales support.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-10 years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven track record of overperformance and building GTM motions from zero to one.
  • Deep technical proficiency, with the ability to credibly discuss APIs, infrastructure, and developer tools with CTOs and engineering leaders.
  • Previous experience as a first sales hire or founder in a high-growth environment, demonstrating a high-ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
