Join Uptail.ai as our first sales hire to revolutionize B2C sales through AI agents. Having recently secured a €1M pre-seed round, we are scaling rapidly with major clients like Glovo. You will own the entire sales funnel, from creative lead generation to closing high-ACV deals across Spain and Europe.

Artificial Intelligence

Uptail provides AI workers for companies selling on WhatsApp, enabling businesses to automate and scale their inbound sales with an AI workforce purpose-built for WhatsApp. Its platform automatically manages and qualifies inbound leads, books meetings, sends reminders, engages lost leads, handles appointment scheduling, and integrates with CRM systems. The service aims to help sales teams focus on closing sales by handling repetitive communication tasks and maximizing lead conversion through instant, 24/7 response and engagement.

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle sales including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person networking to build a steady pipeline.
  • Lead discovery calls and demos to close mid-market and enterprise deals with CMOs and CSOs.
  • Document and build the official sales playbook to define the company's scalable GTM strategy.

Who this is a fit for

  • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles within the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to navigate complex negotiations across European markets.
  • Possesses a "get sh*t done" energy and uses AI tools to accelerate sales workflows and outreach.
