Role overview

As the first commercial hire at TransVoix, you will bridge the gap between a live product and its first signed pilots. You will build the outbound engine from scratch, manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, and document the repeatable playbook that will scale the company’s revenue and market presence.

TransVoix is a voice infrastructure platform for real-time multi-lingual translation maintaining a speaker's entire vocal identity during translation, with three product surfaces sharing one backend: human-to-human translation for contact centers, AI agent voice surfaces for voice AI platforms, and a public developer SDK with usage-based pricing. The platform is built around C2PA cryptographic voice provenance, BIPA-grade consent trails, HIPAA BAA readiness, and is pursuing a SOC 2 Type I program in 2026 with SOC 2 Type II as a 2027 roadmap goal.

What you will do

  • Build and execute a high-volume outbound pipeline using AI-fluent research, sequencing, and multi-channel outreach to qualify contact center leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle for non-defining accounts, including conducting live demos, managing technical scoping, and driving pilot conversions.
  • Formalize the TransVoix GTM playbook by documenting the ICP, building an objection-handling library, and establishing a data-driven CRM process.
