What you will do
- Design and automate the end-to-end customer onboarding journey to scale volume 10x without increasing manual headcount.
- Own the HubSpot stack and GTM dashboard, building the pipeline discipline, data workflows, and reporting the founding team relies on.
- Manage marketing automation and compliance workflows, ensuring all content meets regulatory standards while maintaining a high-velocity publishing engine.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, or as a Founder’s Associate at a high-growth Series A/B startup or consultancy.
- Is a systems thinker with deep HubSpot proficiency, capable of building complex automation workflows and spotting data patterns in plain English.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and has a background in fintech or professional services where navigating compliance and legal gates is essential.
