What you'll do

What you will do

  • Design and execute the commercial model for resellers and affiliates, including deal registration and rep compensation structures.
  • Source and manage strategic partnerships with elite sales training firms like Richardson and Sandler to drive sourced revenue.
  • Operationalize the channel ecosystem using PartnerStack and Crossbeam while launching presence on the Salesforce AppExchange and Outreach marketplaces.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development with a proven track record of sourcing (not just signing) revenue.
  • Hands-on expertise building a partner program from zero at an early-stage startup, specifically within sales tech or revenue intelligence.
  • Deep proficiency with modern partner tooling like PartnerStack or Crossbeam and a willingness to be an individual contributor before hiring a team.
