As the first US-based Onboarding Manager, you will spearhead the implementation strategy for a high-growth hospitality tech platform. You will transition American restaurant groups from legacy systems to a modern AI-driven OS, ensuring rapid time-to-value while building the foundational onboarding playbooks that will scale the company’s North American presence from the ground up.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for large-scale US hospitality clients, ensuring seamless data migration and system configuration.
  • Lead intensive training sessions for restaurant managers and staff to drive high product adoption and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay localized US market feedback and influence the global product roadmap.
