What you will do
- Design and execute an ecosystem strategy that turns platform, agency, and technology relationships into a measurable, repeatable source of qualified revenue.
- Act as the primary representative for Reacher across TikTok Shop’s internal commercial, category, and partner teams to align growth initiatives.
- Develop and run end-to-end partner enablement programs, including webinars, training sessions, and co-marketing events to drive merchant adoption.
Who this is a fit for
- Usually brings 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem GTM within SaaS, e-commerce, or social commerce.
- Proven track record of personally activating referral or co-sell motions that resulted in measurable commercial outcomes and qualified pipeline.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to independently lead high-stakes webinars and strategic training sessions for senior ecosystem stakeholders.
