Join Sorto as our Founding Sales Executive to build our sales engine from scratch. Working directly with the founder, you will own the entire cycle—from aggressive outbound prospecting and cold calling to running product demos and closing deals. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter eager to shape a growing PropTech startup’s commercial strategy.

Sorto is a property management software platform that helps landlords, property managers, and letting agents manage repairs, tenant communication, maintenance schedules, compliance tasks, and contractor workflows from one system. It includes tenant self-service repair reporting, job assignment, work order tracking, and communication tools for property teams.

What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end outbound sales strategies, including identifying high-value targets, cold calling, and persistent follow-up to build a robust pipeline of letting and estate agents.
  • Conduct high-impact software demos that translate Sorto’s technical features into tangible business value, effectively addressing specific pain points like administrative friction and poor visibility.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers, navigating objections around pricing and system adoption to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active customer.
