As the Founding Sales Lead, you will take full ownership of the sales engine for a disruptive e-commerce tech startup. You will architect and execute strategies targeting both SMEs and large-scale enterprises. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a high-performer ready to build a commercial department from the ground up.

Menza is an AI-powered data analytics platform for consumer and fast-growing brands. The company connects all of a brand’s data sources, including tools without APIs, into a unified environment and provides an “AI data team” that continuously analyzes this data. Menza automatically builds reports and dashboards, answers natural-language questions in plain English, and proactively surfaces insights such as revenue opportunities, cost leaks, trends, and anomalies that would be hard to detect manually. By automating routine analytics work and monitoring data 24/7, Menza helps business, marketing, and revenue teams make faster, data-driven decisions without requiring deep technical or data science expertise.

What you will do

  • Design and implement the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value contracts.
  • Manage a dual-track sales cycle, balancing high-velocity SME conversions with strategic, long-term enterprise deal navigation.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay market feedback and influence the future product roadmap.
