- Drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing the company’s first major UK commercial contracts and larger-scale partnerships.
- Standardize commercial playbooks and mentor the junior sales manager in Barcelona to ensure GTM rigor as the company expands internationally.
Who this is a fit for
- 5–8+ years of business development or GTM experience within healthtech or digital health, with a proven track record of selling into the UK healthcare ecosystem.
- A hands-on startup operator who thrives in early-stage environments, capable of balancing strategic planning with the day-to-day execution of closing deals.
- Fluent in English with strong commercial acumen; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage for collaborating with the existing Spanish operations team.
