As the first sales leader at Stryki.com, you will build the company’s GTM function from scratch. You’ll transition from hands-on enterprise deal-closing to scaling a high-performing team, directly influencing pricing and strategy. This is a rare opportunity to own the revenue engine for a platform solving complex global hiring and payroll challenges.

What you will do

  • Design and execute the initial sales playbook while personally closing enterprise-level deals exceeding $1M in value.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, quota-carrying sales organization from the ground up to support rapid scale.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and long-term revenue strategy based on direct market feedback.

  • Proven track record with 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, specifically closing complex enterprise deals valued at $1M or more.
