What you'll do
What you will do
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver on customer, quality, and revenue targets through disciplined daily execution.
- Act as the technical and placement authority, managing complex broking cases and maintaining strong trading relationships with major underwriters.
- Use data-driven insights and structured experimentation to evolve placement strategies and drive continuous improvement across the sales floor.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- Must have 2+ years of proven experience in sales management with a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and markets.
- Demonstrates a successful track record in high-volume telesales environments and thrives in target-driven, high-pressure atmospheres.
- Possesses outstanding communication skills to build credibility with stakeholders; a Cert CII qualification is highly desirable.
