LlamaIndex is building the document infrastructure for AI agents. It contains a best-in-class agentic document processing engine to parse the most complex documents and translate them into formats that humans and AI can use. It also contains a variety of tools at the semantic layer (extraction/search) and agentic layer (workflows) to enable knowledge work over documents.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, technical discovery, structured POCs, and final negotiations for mid-market accounts.
- Generate consistent pipeline by leveraging open-source community signals, partner referrals, and your own high-velocity outbound prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to ensure POCs meet specific technical success criteria and demonstrate clear business value to technical buyers.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, specifically selling developer tools, APIs, or AI/ML infrastructure to technical personas.
- Demonstrates a “BDR-to-AE” DNA with a proven track record of self-sourcing a significant portion of their own sales pipeline.
- Maintains an AI-native workflow, using tools like ChatGPT or Claude daily for account research, prospecting, and preparing for technical deep-dives.
