As a New Business Director at EngageTech Ltd, you will act as a senior individual contributor responsible for the full enterprise sales cycle. You’ll leverage your deep SDR expertise to consultatively sell outsourced sales development and intelligence solutions to VP-level buyers at major tech companies, driving significant revenue growth through proactive outbound hunting.

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from multi-channel outbound prospecting to closing complex enterprise B2B deals with technology companies.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, delivering value-driven, consultative proposals to VP and Director-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and SDR operations teams to refine winning propositions and consistently exceed £1M+ annual revenue targets.
