What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the full commercial lifecycle by prospecting, pitching, and closing six-figure partnerships with premium brands in wellness, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals and negotiate complex commercial terms to hit aggressive revenue targets while ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Events teams to activate partnerships and ensure every collaboration feels like a seamless part of the club experience.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or strategic account management within the wellness, fitness, or luxury lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of building outbound sales pipelines from scratch and successfully negotiating high-value commercial deals that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Deeply connected to current cultural trends across sport and entertainment, with the creative instinct to design activations that resonate with an affluent, wellness-forward audience.
