As a Sales Associate, you will drive the outbound pipeline for Humaans’ AI-powered HRIS platform. Targeting HR leaders at mid-market companies, you will use cold calling as your primary weapon to qualify leads and shape the outbound playbook. This is a builder's role with a direct path to Account Executive.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Identify and engage high-value target accounts through high-volume cold calling, email, and social channels to build a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls with CHROs and Heads of People to assess fit and demonstrate Humaans' unique value proposition.
  • Collaborate directly with the founding team to refine the outbound strategy and provide product feedback based on customer insights.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 6 months to 2 years of SDR or BDR experience, preferably within a startup where you helped scale outbound processes.
  • Is a confident and persistent communicator who views cold calling as their most effective tool for reaching senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, "builder" mindset and naturally integrates AI tools into their daily workflow to increase efficiency and impact.
