Role overview

As the first GTM hire, you will lead the expansion of an innovative urban infrastructure platform that increases community engagement in public spaces. You will own the full sales cycle, navigating public sector procurement and private development partnerships to scale a network of smart physical assets that improve local wellbeing and resident activity levels.

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and public procurement navigation to final deal closing.
  • Design creative commercial models and contract structures that facilitate rapid city-wide rollouts and multi-site expansions.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across local councils, universities, and private real estate firms.
