Role overview

You will drive new business and strategic account growth across financial services and capital markets, focusing on Enterprise AI, Digital Assets, and Blockchain. Reporting to the CEO and COO, you’ll manage the full commercial cycle from prospecting to deal closure, working directly with C-suite stakeholders at tier 1 banks to modernize financial infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Lead new business development and manage strategic accounts for tier 1 and tier 2 investment banks and asset managers.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and structuring complex deals to delivering executive-level pitches and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and delivery teams to design and propose sophisticated solutions in AI and platform modernization.
