What you will do
- Deepen relationships with core distributors like Avant, Telarus, and Intelisys to drive advisor mindshare and create repeatable co-selling opportunities.
- Partner directly with advisors on discovery calls and solution positioning to source and influence net-new enterprise pipeline from first conversation to close.
- Design and execute enablement strategies and playbooks that make Replicant the preferred resource for advisors evaluating AI and contact center solutions.
Who this is a fit for
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales or business development with a proven track record of sourcing new pipeline rather than just managing accounts.
- Deep familiarity with the TSD/advisor ecosystem and existing relationships with partners like Avant, Telarus, or Intelisys are strongly preferred.
- A “builder” mindset with the technical aptitude to translate complex AI and contact center concepts into clear, value-driven business outcomes for customers.
