You will own the end-to-end success of conversational AI deployments for enterprise customers. As a strategic advisor, you’ll bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, designing AI agent logic alongside engineers. You’ll manage scope, risk, and high-level stakeholder relationships to transform legacy contact centers into AI-first operations.

What you will do

  • Own the entire customer lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, acting as the primary delivery account owner responsible for scope, timeline, and outcomes.
  • Partner with AI Engineers to translate complex business goals into functional conversation designs, logic, and system integrations that drive real-world resolution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to VP-level stakeholders, driving tough conversations and pushing back on requests that compromise the quality of the AI-customer interaction.

  • Brings 6-8 years of experience in professional services or management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte) with a proven track record of deploying software.
