What you'll do
What you will do
- Partner with CCO Abs Sapru to design and execute a high-velocity hiring engine for all US-based sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from proactive sourcing and outreach to interview design, scorecard refinement, and closing high-impact commercial candidates.
- Develop and lead Omnea’s US employer branding strategy, positioning the company as the premier destination for ambitious talent through targeted events and networking.
Who you are

- You have 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup recruitment, ideally with a background in an agency placing GTM talent at VC-backed companies.
- You possess a proven track record of placing elite sales professionals and have built an extensive network within the North American tech ecosystem.
- You are a proactive, outcomes-focused recruiter who excels in ambiguous environments and can handle the pace of a Series B scale-up with precision.
