SME Account Executive at LightWork AI

You will build the outbound sales function from scratch, turning pilots into a repeatable revenue engine. Targeting independent UK agencies, you’ll own the full cycle—from cold calling to onboarding—defining the playbook for future growth.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Execute a high-velocity outbound motion, performing 40-60 quality dials daily to a founder-vetted list of independent UK estate agencies.
  • Conduct live, high-impact Zoom demos of the AI voice agent, closing deals or landing paid trials within a single week.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey for your first wins, from contract signature to data loading and prompt engineering for live deployment.
