Role overview

As the second Leadership Team hire in London, you will own the entire customer lifecycle for a platform trusted by giants like Revolut. Leading a specialized team of ten, you will bridge the gap between high-level sales promises and technical delivery, ensuring massive enterprises achieve rapid, measurable value through autonomous AI agents.

Fintech

Murphy AI is a debt collection platform founded in Barcelona in October 2024, focused on helping businesses recover unpaid invoices using artificial intelligence. The platform employs AI agents to automate the process of contacting debtors through multiple channels (SMS, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, certified letters), offering personalized and respectful communication in over 100 languages. Its solution negotiates payment arrangements such as early payment discounts and installment plans, with seamless integration into ERPs or via CSV uploads, and can escalate cases to legal partners if needed. Murphy aims to optimize recovery rates while minimizing overhead and manual intervention, redefining debt recovery for businesses.

What you will do

  • Take end-to-end accountability for customer outcomes, from pre-sales deal shaping and proof-of-value to long-term account expansion and NRR.
  • Lead and scale a high-performance team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists to ensure predictable, high-quality enterprise implementations.
  • Design and implement scalable systems and playbooks that reduce time-to-first-value and transform reactive firefighting into proactive, outcome-driven customer success.

Who this is a fit for

  • 6-15 years of experience with a background in engineering or top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and leadership roles in enterprise-selling scaleups.
  • A "Palantir FDE" mindset—you thrive on technical delivery and execution integrity rather than traditional, relationship-only account management.
  • Proven track record of building departments from scratch in high-stakes environments, with the ability to hire and develop high-density talent internationally.
