What you will do
- Architect and ship production-ready features using a modern stack of React, tRPC, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python backend services.
- Collaborate directly with the founding CEO to define the product roadmap and make high-stakes technical decisions that impact growth.
- Lead and mentor a growing engineering team, establishing best practices for code quality and rapid deployment in an in-person environment.
