Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with major DACH national retailers like DM and Rossmann, leading negotiations and executing country-wide launches.
  • Tailor global retail plans to the DACH consumer by co-designing product toolkits, POS strategies, and localized merchandising tools.
  • Act as a commercial leader by managing the DACH sales forecast, investment decisions, and line-managing a dedicated DACH Account Executive.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in DACH retail account management, with a proven track record of growing accounts like DM and Rossmann.
  • Native or fluent German speaker with exceptional commercial acumen and extensive experience managing a full retail P&L and complex negotiations.
  • Data-driven strategist proficient in using EPOS and market trend data to identify opportunities and hit ambitious growth targets independently.
