Senior Product Analyst at Intelligent Legal Solutions (ILS) Limited

Join the team building the operating system for private fund legal teams. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will bridge the gap between user problems and technical solutions for our ProVision platform. You'll own the requirements-to-solution journey, managing backlogs and performing deep-dive analytics to drive data-informed product improvements in a high-growth environment.

• Own the end-to-end requirements process by writing high-quality user stories and epics with measurable success metrics and clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with the Delivery Manager and founders to manage the product backlog, facilitating agile rituals like grooming and sprint planning.
• Analyze user behavior across legal personas to identify friction points and conduct impact analysis for new features using product data.

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner role specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in agile delivery using Jira/Confluence, with the ability to turn high-ambiguity user problems into actionable development items.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup setting and possesses the judgment to balance deep thinking with the need to ship fast.
