Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, balancing self-shot native content with high-production branded assets.
  • Lead the YouTube partnership strategy to secure search-led reviews from credible creators that build trust and drive long-term SEO value.
  • Translate scientific research and white papers into engaging consumer education that empowers women to take control of their pelvic health.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • 4–6 years of experience in social media and community management within a DTC, health, or high-growth consumer brand environment.
  • Proven track record of growing digital communities and a deep understanding of platform algorithms beyond basic best practices.
  • Strong creative execution skills with the ability to shoot, edit, and publish platform-native content while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.
