Role overview

As the first Founder's Associate, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, automating the $500B electronic components supply chain. You will drive high-impact initiatives across GTM, strategy, and product, transforming an eight-hour manual workflow into a two-minute automated process for brokers and distributors managing billions in revenue.

Software

Rama provides AI-powered solutions for the electronic components industry, including AI data ingestion to process RFQs from emails and calls, customer handling with voice AI for inbound and outbound calls, vendor recommendations based on market signals, and automated supplier liaison for chasing quotes, confirming stock, and syncing to ERP.

What you will do

  • Lead founder-level initiatives end-to-end, including market expansion strategies, pricing models, and the development of new customer segments.
  • Support sales cycles with brokers and distributors, translating complex customer pain points into actionable product direction and repeatable GTM motions.
  • Build the internal dashboards, tooling, and operating cadences required to improve decision-making speed and execution across the entire organization.
