What you will do
- Own and execute high-urgency projects across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive revenue and ensure successful trial outcomes.
- Implement AI-driven workflows and automate manual site processes to increase operational efficiency and support the company's ability to scale.
- Analyze customer usage data to generate strategic insights that inform product direction and help close key commercial opportunities.
Who this is a fit for
- 1–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup environment with a track record of owning customer relationships.
- Strong commercial instinct and the ability to operate comfortably with senior stakeholders while maintaining a "no job is too small" builder's mentality.
