- Build and implement robust operational systems, SOPs, and dashboards that translate the founder’s vision into scalable processes the team can follow independently.
- Act as a cross-functional "firefighter" and operator, resolving urgent bottlenecks and owning project outcomes end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
