What you will do
- Lead end-to-end sales and customer success initiatives, engaging directly with NHS Trust estates teams to drive platform adoption and ensure long-term value.
- Partner with the CEO on strategic projects including fundraising preparation, operational scaling, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes in the healthcare built environment.
- Own cross-functional operations and internal processes, evolving from hands-on execution to strategic leadership as the company expands its market presence.
