Founder's Associate at LightWork AI

Operating as a junior co-founder, you will build the definitive AI platform for the £33B property management industry. Working directly with elite founders, you will own high-stakes projects across fundraising, commercial strategy, and financial modeling. This role offers a front-row seat to scaling a venture-backed startup from pilot phase toward becoming a category-defining unicorn.

• Build and own complex financial models from scratch, including pricing, ROI, fundraising, and investor-ready forecasts to drive strategic company decisions.
• Support end-to-end fundraising efforts by managing investor relations, preparing data rooms, and crafting compelling board materials and strategic memos.
• Lead ad hoc operational and commercial projects, from pipeline tracking and client coordination to scaling internal hiring processes and shaping company culture.

• 1–4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB), bulge bracket investment banking, venture capital, or Magic Circle/Silver Circle law.
• Exceptionally strong analytical skills with the ability to construct sophisticated financial models and quantify complex problems under significant time pressure.
• High-agency mindset with a top-tier university degree (high 2.1 minimum) and the ability to work on-site five days per week in Victoria, London.

• Direct mentorship and collaboration with founders from elite backgrounds including Cambridge, Cevian Capital, and advisors from Revolut and Entrepreneur First.
• Early-stage impact at a startup already live with pilot customers, targeting a massive £33B market undergoing a structural shift toward AI automation.
