You will join a fast-growing healthtech startup as a core early hire, working directly with the CEO to scale operations. By leveraging AI tools like Claude and n8n, you will automate manual workflows, manage customer success for enterprise healthtech leaders, and bridge the gap between user feedback and product engineering.

What you will do

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and build end-to-end solutions, systematically automating manual GTM and onboarding processes using modern AI and automation tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile customers post-onboarding, ensuring maximum platform value and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to translate customer friction points into actionable product features and improvements.

Who this is a fit for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS environment, demonstrating a track record of autonomy and scrappiness.
  • Proven technical proficiency with AI and automation tools such as n8n or Claude, with a genuine passion for building efficient systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills capable of building trust with senior healthtech executives, NHS leaders, and internal software engineering teams.
