What you'll do
What you will do
- Drive the CEO’s strategic initiatives from concept to completion, managing multiple parallel workstreams with absolute follow-through and no hand-holding.
- Design and ship internal AI agents and automation layers using tools like Claude Code and Cursor to multiply the entire team’s velocity.
- Own end-to-end operational logistics including travel, scheduling, and financial modeling to ensure the founder remains focused on core product scaling.
Who you are
Who this is a fit for
- 1–4 years of experience in a high-intensity environment like a startup, consulting, or finance, with a track record of relentless execution.
- Technical enough to build with AI tools or a rapid learner capable of reading code and directing agents to build internal systems.
- Low-ego, first-principles thinker who is equally comfortable prepping board materials as they are managing complex global travel and logistics.
