As Talent Lead, you will own the end-to-end hiring engine for a high-growth, mission-driven team. You'll build multi-channel sourcing strategies, optimize Ashby operations, and close elite technical talent. Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Build and manage a compounding hiring machine, maintaining a pipeline of at least five qualified candidates for every open role at all times.
  • Act as a "benevolent pirate" to source elite talent via direct outbound, referral networks, research communities, and high-impact events like hackathons.
  • Optimize the Ashby ATS and train hiring managers on playbooks to ensure a 100% F1 score (no false positives or negatives) in the interview process.
